Can't upgrade to Premium!

I can use the basic version, but when I go to upgrade (and pay!) it says:

This browser is not supported or 3rd party cookies and data may be disabled.

I am running the Chrome official build on a supported Chromebook.

This happens even when I turn OFF PrivacyBadger, Disconnect, Ublock Origin, and Ghostery.

It happens in Incognito Mode as well.

How can I get Premium?
