I have been using slipsurf’s dictate to make a list of words I don’t know but I was hoping there was a way to have it automatically translate words and place them to the right.
like a translate mode.

That would be cool. Highly-specific functionality like that is definitely possible. It can be implemented as a custom plugin (https://docs.lipsurf.com) - you would need some development experience.
