Dictation mode starts after period of "warming"

Hello.
How do you think, why it so happens, that dictation mode in Chrome browser sometimes starts working just not exactly after activation of Lipsurf? Dictation mode starts working after first manually entering of text and after first search attempt.

Seams, that dictation mode sometimes needs initial “warming” (misses first search attempt).

Can you give me the exact steps you took to make this happen? Esp. the URL. Or send a screencast if that’s convenient.
