I need help on entering the mathematical number.

I want to enter the following example in Google sheet. But I am unable to translate this in Google Sheets.

For example:
25’-11 5/8"
if you can able to do this i happy to go for a paid version.

I was able to dictate the above saying: “twenty-five apostrophe minus eleven five over eight quote”

Is that sufficient for your needs? Or is there something I’m missing?
