For the past 6 or 7 months at the least people have been making posts about Chrome ending its support for this extension. The only response we’ve ever gotten from the devs is one reply in the middle of one thread months ago saying they were “working on it.” No update, no new version, nothing. People had to figure out for themselves how to turn the extension back on after Chrome automatically disabled it. Today, Chrome has turned it back off and removed the ability to enable it again. I just spent seventy-six dollars on premium on June 1st because I’m disabled and I need this app to be able to use the internet at all. When will it be fixed or even acknowledged? Is there a way to get my money back since I’m only getting less than a month and a half of use out of a yearly subscription I’ve been paying for for several years already?
I got an email response from the developer July 14th saying that they were hoping to have it fixed within the week… Hoping and praying this actually pans out this time
I was doubting if paying or not precisely because of this. Let’s hope they fix it soon, I’m also waiting for a solution to this issue.Thanks for sharing your experience.
