Does LipSurf work in conjunction with Jaws or Dolphin Guide, two screen reader programs for the visually impaired?

I’m not sure. You can install it in < 1m and see if it meets your needs.

Can you tell me if LipSurf will allow another program to be “reading” the screen out loud (Jaws and Dolphin Guide are screen reader programs) while at the same time I am giving LipSurf commands? That is, can I define the screen reader “voice” as one to be ignored?

Yes. If you use headphones or a headset that would work fine. Is that possible?
